We run a large-scale student attraction campaign to encourage graduates in their final year to apply for a place in the Propeller Academy. A CV screening process and telephone interviews, based on client competencies, help us to unearth the very best top-class applicants.

These are invited to attend our Assessment Centre. Here they'll undergo a series of sales-based activities and end interviews. Only the finest candidates will be invited to join a Propeller Academy, a one-month, full-time training programme.

Successful applicants will be contacted to schedule a telephone interview with one of
our team. Each interview will last approximately 45 minutes and all candidates will receive a follow up telephone call informing them of their result. Successful candidates will be invited to attend a one day assessment centre.
