As a member, you can preview the applicants from as early as the Assessment Centre; enabling you to view their CVs, video introductions, and communicate with candidates in the programme.

Register to be part of the Academy Club and you can also influence the selection of graduates to the Assessment Centre. Your recruitment criteria is used as part of our assessment process to ensure that the right candidate for you is among our chosen graduates.

During the Propeller Academy programme, your organisation will be invited to present to the group, interview candidates, access their sales performance, and promote your key messages.
