propeller academy

The Propeller Academy is at the core of our investment in our chosen graduates. We provide a month of full time training. Graduates will attend training sessions five days a week, where they will learn essential business skills such as time management, negotiation, objection handling and closing skills.

Graduates will also be earning an income with Propeller, working in real sales teams. They will be target driven, with the top performer winning a £3,000 bonus.
